Shipping & Delivery
Q: What are the shipping charges?
We offer FREE delivery across India on orders above ₹999. For orders under ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 is charged.
Q: How long does shipping take?
Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours. Delivery typically takes 2-4 business days for metro cities, and 4-7 business days for rest of India.
Q: How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you will find tracking details in your profile orders tab. Go to 'Profile' > 'Your Orders' > click on your order, and you will see the shipping carrier details and tracking code.
Payments
Q: What payment options are available?
We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Netbanking, and Wallets via our secure payment gateway Razorpay. We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
Q: Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes! Cash on Delivery is available for all orders.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is the return/exchange policy?
We offer an easy 7-day return policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact. You can initiate a return or refund request directly from the order details page.
Q: How do I request a refund?
Log in, head to 'Profile' > 'Your Orders', select the order, and click on 'Request Refund'. Enter your refund reason and submit. Our admin will inspect and process the refund on the same gateway.
Sizing & Fit
Q: How do I choose the right size?
Each product details page features a 'Size Guide' tab with exact measurements in inches. If you prefer a loose fit, we recommend selecting your regular size for Jaggbi Clothing oversized items and one size up for standard fit items.
