Returns & Exchanges Policy
Hassle-free 7-day returns and sizing exchanges for Jaggbi Clothing premium collections.
7-Day Return Window
We offer an easy 7-day return window starting from the day your order is delivered. You can initiate a refund request directly online via your order history panel.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or sizing exchange, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original brand-new condition.
- In original packaging with all brand tags and product labels attached.
- Free of odor, perfumes, make-up marks, or deodorant stains.
How to Initiate a Return
Follow these steps to submit a return request:
- Log into your account and navigate to Your Profile.
- Select the Your Orders tab to view recent orders.
- Click on the specific order ID that contains the item you wish to return.
- Click on the Request Refund button, select the item(s), enter the reason, and submit.
Refund Timeline
Once submitted, our admin team will review and approve the request. Once approved, the refund is initiated:
- Prepaid Orders (Cards/UPI): Refunded directly to your original payment method via Razorpay within 3-5 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunded to your banking account via a bank transfer link or UPI payment within 5-7 business days.
